I feel good today because i have been to the park with my daughter and litte grandson. I was on the swing with him , first time i have been on a swing for many years. Jack is six mon ths old and i love being with him.

Hi, I have felt really good all this week because I have flown to Norway, myself for once ( my daughter has been poorly) but mum being there has made a great difference to her moral. Siobhan knows how low I have been myself after losing my dad, and she has been the most wonderful hostess. I have been well and truly spoiled, the sun has been shining and it has been warm all week. Today I for the first time drove us out in the car ( the righthand side of the road ) but we managed it there and back. This has been a super break for me as well as Siobhan, I have had the rest I was so much in need of.
